About Amanda-Leigh
Amanda is a coach, trainer and facilitator with over 25 years' experience in drama, theatre, coaching and education, she works at the intersection of creativity, embodiment and psychological depth. She is trained in neuro-linguistic programming and generative coaching, and brings extensive training and clinical practice in trauma-informed psychotherapy to her work. Her background as a dancer, choreographer and drama teacher continues to shape a practice rooted in presence, imagination and transformation.
Trained in generative coaching with Stephen Gilligan and Robert Dilts, Amanda brings a finely tuned sensitivity to the nervous system, relational dynamics, and the subtle pathways of healing. She supports individuals and groups to reconnect with their creative essence, navigate complexity, and return to presence, flow, and deep connection.
Through story, embodied practice, and generative dialogue, Amanda creates spaces that are both spacious and precise — guiding others to unlock insight, soften resistance, and create from a place of authenticity and deep connection. She believes transformation begins in relationship, imagination, and the courage to truly listen.
